Return Policy
All undamaged laptops, systems and parts can be returned within 14 days for a full refund minus 15% restocking fee. Defective items will be replaced or refunded per our discretion. Our discretion is used to keep unscrupulous buyers from taking advantage of us. Returned items that are claimed to be defective and found not to be defective will be charged a 15% restocking fee unless customer chooses to pay to have item shipped back to them. Customer must contact us prior to returning products. Refunds will be issued same way that payment was received by us.
If customer receives a shipment that appears to be damaged by the shipping carrier. Customer must immediately note damages with shipping carrier at time of delivery. Contact us for help facilitating carrier claim if there is damage to the product.
